About this teacher
I was born in Western Australia and have been teaching in the UK for over 30 years, mostly to adults. I have been involved in management of adult education in Huddersfield for many years but teaching is my preferred position.
I have done many courses in psychology and computing and always enjoy the experience. I try to do each class as a free standing topic so missing a session is not a problem for learners. Having a range of courses I have delivered has given me experience in hadling groups in this sensative area.
I feel that the research in psychology is showing us more about ourseleves and how humans work. Where possible I like to give learners changes to make observations for themselves. This can be translated into helpful insights for individuals in the class and I often learn things as well.
