About this teacher
I have had a lifelong interest in literature and creative writing and facilitate the Writers Workshop on Monday afternoons. We are a lively and enthusiastic group of readers and writers! There is a range of experience within the group, but students new to writing are always welcome.
My last role prior to semi-retirement was as a Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University where I was programme leader for the postgraduate professional qualification in careers guidance.
I have created and delivered training for groups of adult learners in a variety of sectors and have extensive experience in group facilitation and individual guidance and coaching.
I have also written and faciliated the one day course "Life Planning For The Over 50s" which has been offered at the Wilmslow Guild for the past four years.
