Information
Do you enjoy the natural history programmes on TV? Do you follow Springwatch and Winterwatch each year? Do you enjoy the great outdoors but wonder what that animal, bird, or insect you saw was and what it was doing? Are you amazed by wildflowers and fungi but struggle to identify them? Would you like to know more about our natural world?
Why not join us at the Natural History Society? We are an enthusiastic group of people who take a keen interest in the natural world around us. Between September and April we have monthly meetings with invited speakers on a wide range of topics covering the world of wildlife both at home and abroad. From spring to autumn we also enjoy group visits to nature rich sites within reach of our Wilmslow base.
