Course synopsis
Would you like to learn the language of the ancient Romans?
Fortunately, Latin is not a “dead language” at all; it’s alive and thriving! Join us as we learn to speak and read one of the most important languages of them all. Perhaps you’ve started to learn a little Latin on your own, or maybe you took O-Level Latin a few decades ago, and would like to revisit it!
We have a lot of fun speaking and reading this beautiful language, while making links to the Latin that we see and hear all around us, every day. Whether discussing our pets in Latin, discovering Roman culture through varied resources, including our all-Latin text-book, or acting out Latin stories, our aim is to enjoy the process of acquiring the language in a stress-free, relaxed and effective way.
