Have you danced before but stopped or never danced but always wished you had?  These beautiful ballet classes are for you. It’s never too late.  Classes with @BalletbyLynda are beautifully choreographed and crafted for adults including @SilverSwans.

This ballet class, Foundation level, has been created specifically for adults who wish to explore the joy of classical ballet. The pace of this class is steady with lots of time to explore classical exercises through repetition, exploration and progressive options.
