Course synopsis
Part 2 of Manage your Stress and Overthinking. These sessions will continue from Part One. We will:-
Continue to look at how we manage our thoughts and thinking.
Develop new strategies and ways of managing the difficulties in our lives.
Focus on how we can introduce kindness, compassion and gratitude to ensure our resilience.
Dates are: 25th April, 2nd May, 9th May, 16th May
NB You are welcome to join the class if you have attended other classes with Sheila face to face or on zoom. It is suitable for those who have previously studied Mindfulness and want to re establish their practice.
