About this teacher
As a practising artist, I think I approach teaching art history not from an academic standpoint, but to tell stories and anecdotes, and to look into the context in which the art was made. My way of delivering these visual talks is very informal – but I like to think there is still a learning curve going in the right direction, and that my genuine enthusiasm for the subject might rub off a little.
Art is a much more serious subject than some think – but to know a little more about how and why it was made can be really good fun.
